honestly the " you defend my family or die" does not sound like optimus, if he said "you defend my family and i will defend yours" that would have sounded more like him.

I will always love how despite all the other dinobots having a unique way of attacking in this movie (Scorn rolling on enemies using back spikes and Grimlocks tail and fire breath) Slug (Slag in G1) is just there solving every problem by headbutting it or impaling stuff with his horns

Despite the horrible plot and script alone, Dinobots looks so cool that my grandparents gave tears of joy when Grimlock does his iconic roar.
