I rewatched this movie with friends a while ago and actually quite liked it. Even though it's from 2013, the graphics still hold up and the world is so prettyyyy🍃🌸🍃 Oh yeah, I'm meant to be talking about how it's funny... ha ha moist

P.s. We'll just ignore that one joke... 🤨😂😭

The fruit fly joke was so rememberable that even after 10 years I still have it in mind sometimes...

That "ya like jazz" caught me off guard in the best way
  • @rachellois2968
“Thats not a house.. thats termites holding hands” such a good line😭

My brothers and I laughed SO hard at the "flat-faced mommy" bit when we first saw it (2:48). The slugs definitely stole the show. I don't remember much of the movie, but as I recall, MK and Nod were kind of irritating, tbh. It was still fun to watch, though. Also, the fact that Mandrake, the villain, was actually NICE to his son Dagda - even going so far as to abandon his attack on the queen when Dagda was injured - was an unexpected break from the norm of bad guys belittling their offspring. It made us a good deal more sympathetic to him than we had any reason to be.

I never understood why people hate this movie, its so charming to me lol

I love how the movie portrayed mk as in the wrong because she didn't believe that literal leafmen existed even though the dad broke the entire family for this mess💀

That freaking fly aging and dying has lived in my head rent free since I saw this movie for the first time like a decade ago. And I can't decide if its horrifying or hilarious.
  • @justcallmed933
Ah, yes, the movie with kinda weird plot, but awesome slugs and total girl crush queen
  • @waverider9920
Wow I thought this movie was a fever dream to be honest

"You gonna cry to your flat face mommy" was such a funny insult my siblings and I just start using it to roast each other 😂😂💀

This brought a lot of memories back, the main one being when I laughed a little too hard at the slugs managing to pull a “ugly says what” on the villain.

0:13 okay so it has been a couple years since ive seen this movie, but to me this scene where he hugs his daughter makes me think the reason he leaned down so much is because the last time he saw her she was so much younger and waaa that made me so saddd :(

as a kid i remember sitting in the theater and wondering what on EARTH i was watching, and now im here wondering the same but actually having the time of my life every second of this video.

My favorite part about this movie is that it constantly gets confused with Strange Magic

I do feel the villain in Epic deserves more credit than most for actually caring deeply about his evil henchman son.
  • @jacobcox4565
2:58 Okay, that bit where the bigger henchman used the smaller one as a spear was actually pretty funny.
