I've also used a similar method for name reveals/birthday reveals. The idea behind it works for basically whatever you need to apply it to, as long as its justified for doing so. In my paranormal shows I use it for cold readings, I hold the folded up piece to "read" the energy of the person written on it.

If performing for one person you can justify writing the info down as a way to lock in their choice of word/object by making a record of it. Just a thought. Excellent video!

If you use sticky notes then you don't even need the top shade. Just write the word and peel the top note off. There will be an imprint on the card. Try it

I have been working on an effect were I reverse the top and bottom card on the deck. This makes the deck look normal, but all the cards in the middle are reversed. If anyone has a way to use this effect in a trick let me know.

I asked my Aunty in front of my family to write the name of the first person she ever kissed. She is Portuguese lol and the name was something like Andòñelus or something and I couldn’t get it right because it was too long. Anyway this is a great method Cav but the only question I have is how you can save this if you guess the wrong thing.
