Let's take a look at Guitar Rig Pro 5 by Native Instruments. This guitar and bass amp simulator in my opinion does its job beautifully especially in the blues, funnky and rock genera.

    Really well presented video review of Guitar Rig. I've had this on my computer for quite a while, but haven't used it for some time. This review has inspired me to start using it again.

    Ive used GR5 for a couple years now. It's really outstanding. The fender black face amp is killer.

    Hi Nico, glad to watch your reviews again! Guitar rig pro 5 sounds excellent in the presets you demoed (great playing on your part!). Would it still be possible to have one of your hardware pedals at the start of the chain? Don't know if you ever tried it: how does guitar Rig compare to Positive Grid matching amps?
