One of the best presentations I've viewed. Great spokesman and photography. Thank you.

This is a wonderful series and serves as even more confidence in the manufacturing of the Sportsman boats.

I have a couple of questions for you 1. bonding the grid using MMA is a standard approach, but I couldn't see any fiber glass tabbing being done afterwards, to physically bond the grid to the hull. How do you get around the issue of the MMA becoming brittle over time and loosing its bond? 2. Watching the process videos, it seems that you are mostly doing a wet out process as opposed to a vacuum bagging process. How do you control the resin to glass ratios, and keep the boat lighter?

Hello Sportsman Boats I was wondering how long the process of building the boat bottom structural liner takes? I calculated 10 working days by two laminators and one foreman am I wrong?

😍😍

Are these boats unsinkable like the Boston Whaler or the Sea Hunts? I see you had high density foam but it doesn't seem like enough to make it unsinkable.

If there is an opportunity to go to work in the factory, do not know how good.
