Light rail system will deface Mauritius and leave it crippled in the next decades that will be spent in reimbursing the capital of this project. According to an article, US$250 M is to be raised on the local market. And the rest is being funded. We'll be crouching in front of India with a stream of politickers for a long time.

There were several reasons why the rail system in Detroit wasn’t successful the biggest being that many of the manufacturing jobs in Detroit were being outsourced overseas. This resulted in a high unemployment rate and that created other problems and eventually caused the city of Detroit to declare bankruptcy.
