It's a Mercedes-Benz 500SEC AMG 6.0, which came before the merger between Mercedes-Benz AMG – and it features a big 6.0-liter V8, a muscular body kit, and the classic 17-inch AMG OZ Racing 3-piece wheels, among many other significant upgrades that transformed this big-body Benz into a serious performance coupe. This 500SEC AMG 6.0 is also a European-spec model with a U.S. title, so you don't have to go through the trouble of importing it yourself – and it touts relatively low mileage, along with excellent documentation.

I owned a W124 300E from '86 with a I6 engine. It was previously used as a taxi when I bought it, with almost 400.000 km (250.000 miles) on the odometer. It was still both super comfortable and quick, with a nice roar to it's engine. Mercedes engineers in the 80's truly were masterminds.

I grew up in Miami, and am still here locally. I remember seeing so many of these on the road in the mid to late 80's here. Every "business man" if you catch my drift, owned one of these. They still look as good as the day I saw the first one.

Just got the car that makes 15 year old me beyond happy, a 1984 500SEC. Haven’t enjoyed driving this much since I was 16 and got my license. A 6.0 is the holy grail for me. Maybe one day. But for now, I’m loving my old school Benz
