  • We welcome the Irish with open arms. Great rugby team and very nice supporters. It is going to be great and i hope we will see more of them in the future. Nobody but nobody , goes to NZ and think it is going to be easy. England might have improved but taking on our old foe in their back yard is very very difficult to come out on top.Good luck to them, may the best team win.

Good segment Mate - dedicating a video to assessing and contextualising your viewer comment. I think you read the Bok Fan Room well. Quietly confident and most certainly trusting Rassie - he has hard earned Bok Fan trust and, whilst there's never 100% consensus on selection, he takes the trouble to give us his perspectives and thinking. The guy is transparent and welcomes Fan input. I'm going Boks 2-0 on this series. Thanks for the segment. Innovative - no other channel I follow has done that.

Beware the start of a new Era in all black rugby under Robertson
  • As a Saffir I back wales against Australia. There were definately more than glimmers of hope against SA last week. Come on Wales!!
  • Expect this to be a great series between SA and Ireland. Saffa here and I highly rate this Ireland side, their achievements and quality of play speak for themselves. Home ground probably makes SA slight favourites for the first game but it is anyones series. Do not underestimate this Irish team they are world class.
  • Wales aren't a poor team. They're young, inexperienced but show huge strength of classic welsh power. We're one of the best in the world. We just need more time to grow. We got a try against the world's best team in the world who have great experience. We almost beat experienced England and Scotland too. Bright future for wales

Great segment as always thank you (bok fan in Aus); love the way you give balanced objective commentary notwithstanding your roots
  • This video is like a breath of fresh air. So refreshing! šŸŒ¬ļø
  • As an Irishman and Leinster fan, I don't expect Ireland to beat the Boks in South Africa. That might be harder to do than beating the All Blacks in NZ, to be honest. Now that Gibson-Park and Keenan are out, it's even more daunting. We want to be tested against the best, and we will be. We can win a test but it's a pity it's not a proper three-test series. It's ironic that a poor Welsh side probably have the best chance of success on a southern hemisphere tour this year. Ireland, England and Wales are all similarly matched against their opponents this summer, and all have similar chances of success, in my opinion. Come on Ireland šŸ’š
  • SA v Ire: Can't with for this one. Being an Irish fan I'd be happy with a 1-1 draw which I think is very likely and would be a good result for Ireland also. Other than that it will be 2-0 to SA. NZ v Eng: This should also be very interesting. Again a 1-1 draw is possible as England are very much on the up with some very talented players. However, NZ under a new coach and on home turf will have a lot to say so 2-0 to NZ will more than likely be the outcome in two closely fought games. Aus V Wal: Two teams in the doldrums with a lot to prove. We could see two really competitive and close games here. I think Wales will have the edge though and I will go 2-0 to them.
  • England deserve respect as a team, but as an All Blacks fan, i expect us to dominate our two test series. Quietly confident we have a very talented side with a decent coach.

I think this Springbok squad has the best depth ever. As for the best starting 15 I am not so sure. Ireland has a very good starting 15. There is no way I will write them off.
  • I dont think England fans are deluded... outside of some sections of the press šŸ˜‚ If England can win 1 test, that'll be huge. In order to do that, the scrum will have to hold its own. SA are immense, settled and at home. Ireland are a bit fragile and, with the injuries, l think SA take this series relatively easily. Wales vs Aus could be the best series. Aus are so unpredictable, but they have some really exciting players. Wales are gritty and tough.

Kwagga Smith in my view is an impact player, he was tried at number 8 starting a few years back and his impact was lessened due to trying to take on the roll of Vermeulen, he is too small for that role. We have no better impact player than Smith. He can come on with 30 minutes and his workrate and impact is off the charts

Questions about Ollie Lawrence!? What!!! I'm Irish and think he's absolutely phenomenal. Could well be a Lion
  • @abescheepers
Be sure that SA does not under estimate the Irish, but we are so looking forward to them coming, because we have not had any tests (baring Wales) since the WC and are hungry for the Boks to play. Wales vs Aus. and Eng. vs AB's will be interesting at least.

I feel the referees are very similar in their approach to the game to last years internationals. Still too many dodgy calls going on and a lot of interference from the ref upstairs. The Ireland ref for the Japan Maori AB's game had a bit of a shocker, japan clearly had one of their own men obstructing ab's player (maybe even a shepard) and the yellow for a so called head contact was ridiculous. I'd like to see international referee's working in all area's of the globe ie some URC refs working in other competitions, like super rugby and vice versa. That was in time all the refs will be on the same page, because the top Nations are so close to each other, that one mistake could mean winning or losing. Not to be bias or anything, but the super rugby season in NZ flowed amazingly well with longer periods of play than what I saw in the URC. If you have to start prosecuting people for so called abusing the refs online, then something has to change pretty fast btw the prosecuting people is also ridiculous and very woke ;) Rugby is not going in the right direction.
  • All Blacks will overpower England in the pack and unleash their backs. England just donā€™t have the front row to hold them. Itā€™s a shame because otherwise England are looking pretty good.
  • Even though I'm a Bok fan I would have loved to see Ireland take the last WC if not SA. The Irish, fantastic team and fantastic people.
