7 months ago on this day, I sat in hospice holding my mother's hand as she slept peacefully. I sat there as she was removed from pain meds for two days straight telling her that she didn't have to struggle anymore (cancer survivor of 12 years and may health related problems). I sat there holding her hand telling her how strong she had been throughout the whole fight and how much I loved her.. she opened her eyes right as she passed and turned and looked at me and that was it... I got into a crazy car accident a month later... a few days after that one of my best friends took his own life in his truck. I'd been fighting anxiety attacks, panic attacks, depression, insomnia, depression... And more fucking depression... I woke up today and my dad had a stroke... And my birthday is in 6 days. I've fallen pretty far this year.. I'm 23 and didn't think it was going to be anywhere near this rough... I learned about Binaural beats and this is the first video I've opened so far. I'm only 10 minutes in and my face is full of tears because you guys are so kind to each other and this music is so relaxing.. and I haven't been able to relax like this for a long time... Thank you all...
