see kids, this is what real hip hop was.... you can understand what they’re saying, it makes sense, there’s a message, they actually rap all of the lyrics in every verse, as well as the hook, whilst performing live without the actual vocal track playing behind them, there’s stage presence and a dj that is actually cutting and scratching and not just pressing play and dropping bombs

I was jamming so hard to this and instantly teared up when he pointed and said “mama, I made it”. He has always been one of my favorites of all times. His music goes HARD.

LL songs ment a lot to me when I grew up and I still listen to him every week with "Hey Lover " being my all time favorite song any category, any genre, just the best song ever! And while I'm at it give it up for Jennifer Lopez! Running a fitness channel meeting fit people daily and she is just killing it! She is crazy fit and does not look any older than 20 years ago. Well done Jennifer...And this performance..Wowed me
