If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep and not stress about everything that is going on in the world or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress about your future. Just live your life, because you only have one. If you have an emotional problem that inside you feel like you can't handle it and it overwhelms you (seek help). Do what makes you happy, not what others want from you.
