I been following grant for years and even though he’s 64 the energy that he projects is incredible, and no filter which is great just a normal human being.

I'm a realtor in Malibu. I know this house. It was listed on the market for $50m, it sold for $40m. This wasn't steal, that list to sold price ratio is about what you expect when dealing in those price points. Given the current market, there is no way this would come close to fetching $80m today.

Didn't Grant Cardone always say that you should rent your own home and put all of your money into real estate? He also said it is best to be mobile and stay a new places around the world. Also the sales price was listed as $40 million.

It looks a lot bigger than 10K sqft, almost like a boutique hotel! Judging by the trophy home prices that have recently come to market, $40M doesn’t seem too crazy. It’s a unique property and I wish GC and his family all the best.

Simple is better when it comes to minimalist design style. Less clutter less , no chatzees to stress over or care about, more relaxation. The location of the home speaks volume already. Just looking at the ocean from so many angles makes you relax and awed at the same time.

What a great discussion between Enes and Grant! That home was such a unique treasure on the Pacific. Anyone cam make a pile of money, but it is not possible to go out and replicate a property like that one. Very inspiring!
