If you haven't seen it yet, Operator Starsky did an absolutely fabulous first person account of the fight for the Hostomel airport the first day of the invasion. You're going to have to go back to February of 2022 to see it, but it is so so worth it. This account absolutely has to be in every book about the war.

Starsky brings a certain maturity and balance to the commentary. Always a factual and interesting contribution to the discussion. He’s one of the few commentators who can speak in terms of “we” when discussing what is his own country. Always great to hear his point of view for these reasons.
