This is literally the video that helped me quit smoking while I was high, I was smoking so many cigs a day every day for several months now, and I've been on and off for about 5 years. but I've quit the past few days and trying to see how long I can go. I can thank this video bcuz it made me think of when I smoked my first cigs as a teen and felt so sick and like I never wanted to smoke again. I have to go back to that.

Cigarettes and alcohol addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes.
