Action RPG Template for RPG MAKER MV (Download in description)

Here is another template i worked on a couple years ago, quite messy and still would need a lot of work to make it perfectly functional but the basics of action rpg combat works, including:
-Melee with 3 different animations
-Block and Parry
-Run and Roll
-Like dark souls, kinda... maybe.
-Spells/Ranged this one is really barebones
-Allies with basic interaction with the world
-Melee and Ranged enemies
As usual please let me know any issues or questions you may have when trying the project and i hope it will be useful to you.

This is absolutely amazing. I genuinely didn’t know MV could do this. I bought MZ simply because it was newer and looked like it could do this type of thing better but now I’m not so sure.

The audio and graphics style reminded me of flash games from 2007-2009. Brings back memories 😭

This is mind blowing, been working towards an ARPG in MV myself and I had no idea something like this was even possible. Absolutely stunning, total overhaul. Incredible.

Some "experts" believe that RPG MAKER MV is a monotonous engine that cannot provide anything other than a Chibi JRPG game. Videos like these serve as proof of their ignorance. I like to see what different games can be made on the same engine. Indeed, thanks to plugins and other changes, even RPG MAKER MV can do something special. I think a talented person can make a good game even out of dirt ":D Looks great!👍🏻 P.S. - If it's not a secret, may I ask what plugins you used? Or did you develop something of your own? Perhaps this would be an excellent alternative to my unrealized idea, instead of a beat 'em up with which it didn't work out for me. From what I know, I saw an angular motion system and possibly an increased number of frames for animation. I was especially interested in the combat system with rolls.
