🙏 See below for the Act of Spiritual Communion:

My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.

Amen.

  • Please pray for the college students around the world that they will be enlightened with God's grace and their eyes will be open to the true evils of the world and repent.

Thank u fr. Mike todays homily spoke directly to me As a young 39 year old i suffered a medical crisis like the italian girl. This left me with a pwrmanent braun damage a mobility disabilityand some visual impairment .despite trying to carry on as before i eventually had to rwtire earlyand fewl so frustrated at my declineprwvwnting me from doing anything i consider worthwhile as a disciple of Jesus. But aftwr ur homily i know u can love others and pray and reset my goals. I also conjoin my pain and suffering to jesus' passion and death on the cross to lessen his suffering for our forgivenessand salvation. Bless you fr. Mike. Love from ireland

Thank you Father Mike. This homily speaks exactly to me. I’m tired of trying to keep up . Instead of being persistent I will be present. Thank you for allowing God speak through you.

Father Mike, Every week you deliver the most profound homilies. Number one podcaster but also number 1 in your gift to communicate such amazing content. This one really spoke to me as an aging athlete. Thank you.❤
  • I thank you Father Mike and everyone there at U of M Duluth for this ministry. You all are my source of Mass when I'm on the road working and I cannot be at Mass. God bless you all.

Begin again! Another wonderful homily, Father Mike. It spoke to me in many ways. I am going to try to practice the things you spoke about. Help me, Lord Jesus, to begin again every day. If I fail, help me to try again and again. Help me also to love like you love. Thank you Father Mike. You always inspire me to live a better Christian life.

Asking prayers that I may understand and listen to God’s will for me and my family.

I literally said to God this week that it would probably be better for everyone in my life if I were dead. This homily was such a comfort from God. Thank you Fr Mike.

Peace be with you, Fr. Mike and Front Pew Crew. Thanks for online Mass and Thanks for being a big part of my prayer life, Ascension Presents Ministry. Between all of you and Bishop Barron's Word on Fire, Mass wouldn't even be an option for me. God bless you.

Thank you Fr. Mike, once again; your homilies speak to me. Again, at 94, the neurons are getting further apart, but I still can do most of the math puzzles on Youtube. I'm not doing original research any more, but I'm trying to spread the word that there is no war between science and the Church, that science is one of God's gifts to man, like art and music. Your remarks about synthesizing and integrating versus creating at different ages are very apt. And, indeed, it is necessary to learn to love well now. I'll have to take that as my new vision.
  • I’m a truck driver, sometimes it’s hard to find the place and the time to congregate. this is been a huge blessing that I can assist to Eucharist so I don’t miss it even when I can’t go to church. Thank you all so much and may god keep blessing this great service! 🙏🏻

Thank you so much for this precious gift. We homebound folks are so blessed to have this opportunity to participate in Mass and transcend time and space. What a sweet reminder ❤️

    * Great homily and examples today. We must embrace reality and find new strengths as we start to decline health wise. * We must begin again. * What does winning mean? Money, fame, things? * Jesus' message of loving each other and following His commandments to remain His friends. * Arthur C. Brooks- From Strength to Strength (book)- Awesome book recommendation * We peak at age 20 to 29. We decline from our 30s * 2009 survey where people think that 85 age is when we are getting old * Air Traffic Controller mandatory retirement at 57 age We must look at things * We will be judged based on how we loved- St. John of the Cross * Loved the story of Chiara Badano, who was from Italy was in hospitalized yet she consoled and cheered people who visited her. She couldn't move physically but she could move hearts using her love through uniting her suffering with Jesus. * Winning is being like Jesus. When we fail, we must begin again. Thank you Fr. Mike, Team Ascension, and the Front Pew Crew. God bless you all and the fellow attendees

If you feel decline, ask your children how they would miss you if you were gone. Your presence encourages and comforts them....if just with a smile...
  • God Bless Fr. Mike and all this VFP. This Mass is such a sacred connection when I am unable to get out of my home. Thank you, Jesus, and Ascension Press for bringing Holy Mass to us every week. 🙏🙏🙏
  • Thank you for the blessing of this Mass. I was stuck at home today, now grateful for Father Mike's meaningful message in the homily. At 64 years old, i can relate to every word. God bless everyone attending this livestream Mass today 🙏
