Quicksilver Kitchen Scene - X-Men Days of Future Past - MOVIE CLIP (4K).
X-Men: Days of Future Past is a 2014 American superhero film based on the fictional X-Men characters that appear in Marvel Comics. Directed by Bryan Singer, it is the seventh installment of the X-Men film series and acts as a sequel to both 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand and 2011's X-Men: First Class. The story, inspired by the 1981 Uncanny X-Men storyline "Days of Future Past" by Chris Claremont and John Byrne, focuses on two time periods, with Wolverine traveling back in time to 1973 to change history and prevent an event that results in doom for both humans and mutants. The film features an ensemble cast, including Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Halle Berry, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Peter Dinklage, Ian McKellen, and Patrick Stewart. Simon Kinberg wrote the screenplay from a story he conceived with Jane Goldman and Matthew Vaughn.

the real question is how fast is he playing that music for it to all play out in 1 second

Some actors are just born for the perfect roles, like RDJ for Iron Man, Hugh Jackman for Wolverine, and Evan Peters for Quicksilver. His character was portrayed perfectly!

I love how he modded his walkman to play so fast that it sounds normal when he’s running.
  • This movie had more consistent physics for Quicksilver than the whole 6 series of the Flash
  • Magneto: In a room full of sharp metal objects Guards: goes to that very room

Scenes like this are why CW's "The Flash" is so annoying. The Quicksilver scenes show what fighting a speedster should be like.

When the perfect actor, meet the perfect character, in a perfect scene, with a prefect music.

I love that he took his sweet time to run around the whole room once to taste the soup, then starting the lap again to actually do something about the situation.
  • Quicksilver had the funniest parts and lines. In the worst situations he always had fun.
  • That look magneto gave wolverine was priceless. Some people just don't like each other from the get go
  • @Jesusisyhwh
Quicksilver saved the lives of all those guards. Wolverine would have killed them all.

i’m still pissed we never got to see a father-son dynamic between quicksilver and magneto

For people saying that X-Men Quicksilver needs a visual effect for speed just like MCU Quicksilver: Watching him do the slow-motion stuff is far more creative and entertaining than just seeing a blue blur whizz by.

I can't be the only one who feels this is their favorite scene??

They have a really powerful mutant and then they chose to not put him on the plane to Paris.
  • I love how magneto’s instinct was to use the knives and save themselves yet quicksilver’s instinct was to save not only themselves but making sure no one gets hurt...their dynamic as father and son would've been so iconic if the X-men franchise had dug it
