Need more proof?
Today I thought I'd upload a video addressing a lot of your questions and problems with my last theory because I don't think I've ever gotten more backlash from a video of mine. If you disagree with the theory that's okay and you are valid, just be nice about it lol. I love you all and hope you enjoy :)

Love that “Need more proof?” is a whole thing now
  • Could Gregory be human, but some sort of clone? Like the supposed Vanny / Vanessa twins

"One big family" is a line that already gave me chills in Fnaf 6. Now that it has a meaning, I am very terrified of where this theory is headed. I am getting goosebumps just thinking about the entire Afton family (plus Charlie and Henry) being in one location all that time without us really considering it or realising it. Love your content man. Keep up the good work.
  • The "one big happy family" bit had me shocked! You're definitely onto something here, I've never thought about why they decided to create Molten Freddy using the same face and voice actor as Funtime Freddy. Looking forward to the next FuhNaff video!

Is feels so weird to see YouTubers actually having civil, friendly, response videos (to response videos) that specifically go out of their way to stay civilized

I do like the theory but I think the theory in the latest GT video is more narratively consistent. Especially the point Matt brought up that William would have no reason to make animatronics to trap kids before experimenting with remnant. For this to work, the missing children's incident would needed to have happened before Charlie's death so that William would have a reason to want to work with remnant, which I don't really see being possible. The possibility of the crying child already dying is a curious one though, since it would explain the hole in the GT video where he crying child is scared of the animatronics before anyone has died. Perhaps there was another accident or incident? Who knows.

Regardless if this theory is correct, wrong, or even if certain parts of it are on the right track, it's fascinating to see John and Matt's perspectives on the story. Again, some people still need to be reminded and realize that these are just theories at the end of the day. They may come across as huge leaps that lead to heated debates, but that's mainly due to the fact we just don't have enough information to come up with a definitive conclusion. This is why we have to think outside the box from time to time. I simply enjoy talking about the what-ifs, while also taking them with a grain of salt to not come up with false expectations for future mainline FNAF content.

I really appreciate what you are doing with your theories. I've been a fan of FNAF from nearly the very beginning, and it's almost effortless to get stuck in the same way of thinking, so these fresh, new perspectives are a breath of fresh air, no matter if they are right or wrong.
  • @Jaughsh.
I like this theory a lot. I had a few minor issues with MatPat's timeline (still a great and well thought out video) and this fits those problems better for me personally. Both are great perspectives though and i can't wait to hear more!
  • @KatKaiju
I’m not a fan of this theory but I respect you, dude, and I’ll always come back for your content. Be nice, folks. ✌🏻
  • Whether or not the theories are likely "true" or not doesn't matter that much to me, I just appreciate how you're finding new details to talk about, and the theory videos you make about these details are fun and entertaining. Gets people thinking in new ways Keep it up 👍
  • @daniella3572
i love your theories, it does not matter if they are right or wrong it is just so fun to hear your take on the games and all the cool new evidence you can find. love your videos john!
  • @Chazkuangshi
I'm sorry to hear you got rude backlash on your last video. I don't comment but I enjoy all your videos and theories, even if I don't agree with all of them (I agree with most of them!) I'm always interested in hearing what you have to say on the series.
  • @frog_inabog_
major kudos to you john for always finding new interesting details to talk about! and even more kudos for making an entire video answering comments and concerns about your theories, it truly makes the franchise feel alive again
  • @keynoctis
I am constantly blown away by your content. You've really made your place in the big leagues of fnaf theories. Keep up the good work!!
  • @EvyDevy
Just a heads up. Those "buttons" are just nails/screws that every robot has. Not the actual buttons to control the animatronics. Even so, I understand your argument. "I will put you back together" has always been an enigma of a line to understand. It feels more than just reviving or fixing a robot. And I feel you're right about the box. It likely wasn't anything specific but something to probably explain the lore of all the games.
  • 1:24 shadow freddy isn't an illusion he's some type of paranormal entity, most likely a manifestation of william's anger
