    Anyone with even a minimum of military training knows perfectly well that the telemetry and operation of these missile launches were carried out by the American military. Russians are known for their cold blood and patience. If the bear said there will be consequences, then stay tuned as the surprise factor will be a signature worthy of motherland Russia.
