  • I dislocated my brothers arm doing this years ago. He’s 26 and still has problems with his arm today. I’ll never get over it!! Thanks for these suggestions!
  • @mmps18
Oh nooo, I was doing the pull to sit with my 6 month old!! THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!!
  • @drnope316
It’s crazy that this method was recommended to us at a special infant care clinic for our 29-weeker. I had watched this video prior to our visit; and voiced concerns about stressing our baby’s joints. The specialist said that we could put our hands behind behind baby’s shoulders as an alternative method; but I will opt for those outlined in this video. Thank you!

I was doing this pull up exercise as directed by an Occupational Therapist to help build arm and core strength because my baby did not like tummy time...sad to find out it's not true. I'll stop this immediately! Thank you!
  • I worked with babies and have a degree in early childhood education. I wish I had know this years ago. I have been lifting babies, including my own straight up without holding the head once they have neck control. I never once heard about rolling them to their side before lifting them. Sometimes I think everything I learned in my degree was just useless fluff. The tips in her videos should be taught to everyone who works with babies. Thanks for sharing.
