Hey Essi. Good to see tha you and Legacy are doing well. I don't have a special recipe for baked chicken. But mine always comes out good. I just marinate my chicken breast in my favorite seasoning. My usual is Creole, garlic and squeezed lemon. I put the marinated chicken in the baking pan, layed out straight an drizzle some olive oil on it. Sometimes add a couple pieces of butter as well. Cover with foil and bake at 350 until internal temp reaches 165 degrees, uncover to brown. Turning once to brown the other side.

I poke holes in it and I cut up little pieces of red & green peppers & fresh garlic and some seasoning of your liking and a lil butter cover it bake at 375 it after an hour or so and let it cook a little bit longer uncovered til golden brown and that should be good enough girl
