A total of 39 Rebels die in this short (Assuming that no characters appear twice; every pilot is unique, each U-Wing is unique, etc) NOTE: I am counting their final cause of death. I would like to mention that Vader canonically survived on Mustafar, with all his robotic limbs crushed to scraps and with a pretty good bounty hunter trying to seek and kill him, just because the emperor wanted to see if he actually could. Also, i don't remember correctly but he possible had his respiratory system crushed to a point where it was about to shut down soon, but maybe I'm remembering it wrong. Also he had no lightsaber nor any other kind of weapons. And he killed the bounty hunter. Dude's a fuckin terminator
