break every record in the book, sell out stadiums, create excitement at an unheard of level and you too could have what Caitlin has.

What does these women want CC to do. Not accept the offer. If anything, be piss at Nike for not offering anything to them.
  • Wilson has won championships and mvp awards. That has done nothing to make people want to watch the WNBA. They have never made a profit. Clark is going to change that for the entire league, especially for the team that picked her, and any team they visit. The players should thank her because they will all benefit from her helping the league make money.
  • Older WNBA players did not uplift the women’s league during their earlier days and the attendance is not impressive. Young players from the top 10 especially the recent draft are now bringing the popularity of the game.
  • What had Diana Taurasi or Aja Wilson do to increase the WNBA? They should have been doing something to help, that their fault but Caitlin Clark is trying to upgrade Basketball a game she loves! Shame on them.
  • There jealousy is discusting. Caitlin Clark can and is doing a lot for womens sports. Which Nike and State farm see as marketing opertunity which means more money for everybody. A win, win for everyone. But these egotistical jealous player want to throw it away for nonsense. They need to grow up.

Before Caitlin had a shoe deal, she had already proven she can move merchandise. Nike sold out of the T-shirts they did for the "You break it" and "Never a long shot" ad campaigns. Her jersey sold out in an hour. ESPN printed a magazine on her. RayGun sold a bunch of different Clark shirts. So the shoe deal already had some background on if people would buy her stuff. That makes a huge difference in marketability of a player. If you can't sell something simple to manufacture like a T-shirt, something complex like a shoe isn't going to happen. And it's probably not going to be only shoes. I could see a signature Nike basketball and other accessories.

Wilson and Taurasi couldn’t get people to watch them play basketball.

There Issues Should Be With Nike and Other Companies Not (Clark).

My parents and my self, along with many people I know, do not watch mba anymore but are now excited to watch wnba because of caitlin clark. These jealous women should be grateful because they will benefit from all the new wnba fans that clark has brought.

28m > more than the entire WNBA salaries😂😂😂

Why are they even mad at her she’s better than them at this same time in her career they should be happy this could open the door for them to get deals? Instead of being a racist they should support her!

Hates going to hate even though she is going to save the WNBA

Supply and demand. Get it through your thick head . You can be the greatest female basketball player ever if you can ‘t sell , you can’t sell . You can blame it on racism but at the of the day you still can’t sell . I think relatability has a lot to do with her popularity. I think WNBA is a tough sell for women because the majority of players is only 13% of the whole population. You’re at the mercy of the other 87% to like your league . Now you have a player that has energized the 87 % . If you don’t like money keep knocking her down , if you like money enjoy the ride .

I just hope Caitlin Clark doesn't agree to become the face of the feminist push for "equal pay" that they do NOT deserve and have certainly NOT earned. Let her be another example of how hard work and dedication pay off. Keeping your mouth shut and not Tik Tokking profane or hyper-sexualized content for clout. Succeeding without compromising your values and morals--and shaming the parents who raised you.

Don't worry about what you don't have. Be happy with what you got. Always gonna' be someone out there with more s*** than you.

Omg. I never saw this kind of thing when Michael Jordan, or Le Bron, Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes, or Any Other Greats of ‘Every other Sport’ got Paid sponsorships endorsements and sold out tickets, Arenas and other Fan based stuff. Cant the Critics see the Bigger Broader scope of what its all doing for The Game, For Teams, TV Coverage and The Awareness for Women Athletes.
  • @themightysquid
CC will be considered underpaid when Nike sees how many CC shoes they’re going to sell. She’s earned this. How many fans did the critics draw?… crickets..
  • @greglumho4125
Too bad there's bucket crabs out there that don't deserve shoe deals due to their attitudes.
