The thing about Audrey being able to touch the scepter:- You see, Maleficent was calling Audrey to the scepter so that she would use it since Mal definitely wasn’t going to follow in her footsteps. So she thought, if Mal wouldn’t, why not switch the story up a bit. Mal took Aurora’s story (other than the sleeping part) and Audrey took Maleficent’s part. If you watched the Maleficent movie, you would have seen that Maleficent only turned evil after feeling betrayed by the man she loved. Sound familiar? Yes, the same happened to Audrey. What I think is that the more bitter Audrey became, the more she reminded Maleficent of her past self. She gave Audrey the oppurtunity that she had once given Mal and Mal had rejected. Maleficent was not happy with Mal for changing the story. Then, she had an idea. Mal was getting a happily ever after like the princesses, then why shouldn’t Audrey, who hates Mal, become a villain. Mal became the Sleeping Beauty (without sleeping) and Audrey became the Maleficent (Cursing Mal and everyone else in Auradon). Mal and Audrey switched stories! As long as Maleficent allowed it, she could touch the scepter and not be cursed. That’s my explanation. What do you think?

Dizzy wasn't the only one who got an invitation, she was the only one showed because of her closeness to Evie we see in D2. In D3, that was the official notice that she would be going. You can also see all the invitations everyone has in Good To Be Bad.

I think Audrey is immune because her mother was already cursed, meaning it would be in her blood

Maybe since Audrey’s mom was cursed by the scepter’s magic, when Audrey grabbed it, she was immune so she didn’t fall asleep... Just a wild guess

The scepter didnt need that much protection cause no one knew it was there :I And Im pretty sure Maleficent was calling for Audrey, she just wanted the crown but Maleficent made her take the scepter too? idk man Rest of them are good points tho

The scene was cut. Then dizzy changed into that outfit and then the scene started again

I think the staff let her touch it without getting cursed because it wanted her to have it. Also it was probably the staffs voice not mal or maleficents.

The scepter with the curse broke in descendants 1 thats a new scepter and it controls itself the scepter put the guard to sleep that scepter is evil it says it in the descendants book

When Audrey turns, she just does a 360 in the same place, lol

I think Audrey was able to touch the dragon eye because it saw that Audrey was hurt and anger and the dragon eye was able to use her

6:55 in the movie, Mal says that nobody knows that the sceptre is there, it's hidden, so when Audrey was singing, the curtains opened up

When Audrey turns evil she tilted her head and her hair got on the crown but in the next shot her hair is perfect 😐

When jane went to tje enchanted lake she came out with all her makeup on and also her phone was working She helped Ben with the enchanted lake water but the curse of the scepter could only be reversed by Hades embet

I personally think the scepter didn't course Audrey because when it sensed anger and jealousy it found it's perfect victim so instead of coursing her it used her .IF THIS EXPLANATION WRONG IDK

since Audrey is sleeping beauty’s daughter, she didn’t fall into the powers of the scepter because her mother had already been through it

the crown got stuck in Audrey's head cause the gems on the crown it glowed like maleficent's scepter i also knew audrey walked the same way as maleficnet and i also knew that maleficent was calling audrey you guys missed that part
