I love making omelettes. I had already known how to make two styles popular in the US traditional and pan flipped. Then I learned of the Japanese folded omelette and now this! It’s amazing how much you can learn every day of the year

우와 회오리 오므라이스를 만들다 보면 계란이 중간에 엄청나게 자주 찢어져서 만들어 먹기가 엄청나게 힘들게 되는데 이렇게나 예쁜 방식으로 회오리 오믈렛을 만들다니 엄청나게 대단하신거 같습니다. 요리 실력이 정말이지 말로 할 수 없을정도로 뛰어나신거 같습니다.

I know there are lots of arguments when it comes down to Korean and Chinese food… but I just wanna say, as a Chinese, I think it looks absolutely fabulous! I can just imagine the fluffiness of the eggs… would love to try it someday when I’m traveling to Korea!
