FYI: The higher seed wins rule is not applied to the finals. They do extra time and penalties (no away rule either). You played your home games in the Azteca btw

The Tulsa thing gave me an idea - see if I can find a database that includes the USL, but as it is in real life, with no pro-rel. Win the CL with my local team, Pittsburgh Riverhounds, with the only way to even qualify being through the cup. (I've done this on a database with pro-rel, but as fun as it was, it basically turned into a normal save once we were promoted, where the money gap closed and eventually we were winning from a level playing field. It'd be interesting to essentially have to win from a position where you can't ever be equal to the teams you're beating)

As soon as you got the América job, my only thought as a Chivas fan is “I want to see the pentagon challenge completed, but I cannot endorse any success for América”

As an LAFC fan I was hoping to see you take us over… but then again we’re the kings of losing finals 😂 Also FC Tulsa winning the Open Cup and beating Club America in the CCC is absolutely insane

this has opened my eyes to so many different rules and niche little things in every league and i think that’s really why this series is so cool
