I work in a residential rehab treatment program for veterans. Trying to break the stigma one patient at a time. This song is amazing! Love it.

For the ones struggling to keep on living : you matter. You are important. No matter what people say or what your mind say You Matter. You are loved. A tiny thing to do if you think of ending your life : do it tomorrow. Sleep on it and push it away for the next day. It's not ideal but it helped me see 15 more years than I thought I'd ever see. Most of the time what wanted to put you down will have recede enough that it won't matter as much anymore and others it will hopefully give you enough time to seek and find help. Or for help to seek and find you. I don't know you or what you've been through but I have an idea of what it is and if you're still here to read this I'm so proud of you. You're stronger than you think. And don't forget : you matter, you deserve good things and you are important. ❤

I love how the focus is on mental health and the invisible pains some people live with. We need more awareness for this. Amazing song as always guys ♥️
