  • Nina Teicholz is an amazing person - our society needs ten thousand more like like her. ❤
  • Over 20 years ago, Great Ormand Street Children's Hospital in London did a High Protein, Low Carb diet with a group of children that suffered from epilepsy. After the two year study was complete, the children that were in the low carb, high protein diet group ceased to have epilepsy.

Hey Nina! In the 1970's I lost a friend once because I burst laughing when she told some kind of health committee that Cheerios were among the healthiest of foods. This happened in Berkeley, CA., and I remember it clearly and distinctly I kid you not. So this "fight" is not new. The only difference now is that we have the Internet, and this time us healthy promoting people are going to win.
  • Bravo Nina! I admire and appreciate your staying power on this important topic.
  • @dacisky
This is terrifying, especially totally removing meat from the food supply.
  • @gildone84
We need to crowdfund a lawsuit against the USDA Dietary Guidelines Committee
  • Such a great talk! Definitely heading over to the NC website to give my comments after this. Nina Teicholz should be awarded a presidential medal for the incredible work she's been doing for 20 yrs. I'm someone who seriously needs for things to be logical and to add up, and when they don't my brain starts to implode. This is what happened 8 years ago when my dad died from post-op complications after a heart attack. All the specifics did not add up at all and I went in search of answers because my brain could not leave it alone. Nina is a nutrition hero in my book, because she deals in facts and true history as a journalist and refuses to leave it alone!

The School lunch program follows these disastrous guidelines. This is criminal and parents need to listen to Nina’s talk.

Death by red meat is unsubstantiated. Renewed health and mentation from low carb continues to win one person at a time. "The 2014 book "The Big Fat Surprise" is still big news, especially to those who have not read it. Thanks for the work on our behalf, Nina.
  • Thank you yet again Nina, your work is greatly appreciated. Your quest to expose the crooks who take big industry back handers at the expense of a population's health, shame shame on them. If only they had your honesty bravery and integrity, how many life's could be saved.. This is not a joke they are bent and it's deeply sinister.
  • Keep up the good work! I don’t know where we would be without you.
  • Thanks Nina for your continues excellent work. More people need to see this. I researched earlier and the Gates Foundation was the first corporate sponsor listed for Tufts. Follow the money. Hopefully these comments will spur the Youtube algorithm to spread this to more people
  • small carnivore here. one of the first graphs showed that saturated fat is 10% of total calories on average. mine is 40%. YES

We should be able to file lawsuits against these government agencies/officials kinda like the lawsuits against camp lejeune, or monsanto-roundup folks. The U.S. guidelines ruined my coronary arteries and I want compensation dammit!!! Luckily, I’ve saved my kids from this horrible outcome! What a bunch of idiots 😢
