Thayo’s story is the best, a second chance, it's what we all want, not hundreds of millions win, but just enough for a house and 2 cars paid off, and a life of no longer have to worry about bills.
-
I appreciate the assortment we see in these episodes, and the lottery trivia is pretty interesting too.

Wait a minute his girlfriend or wife ? is living apart from him??? In a bad neighborhood???? I would take that beautiful country home over a bad neighborhood. How can live apart like that????? Well anyway he bought a nice country home and I am happy for him.

There is no "lottery curse". Some people are blessed, for various reasons, with a jackpot, and it's up-to-them to be smart about how they handle it. 1. Never go PUBLIC. Even if you can't be anonymous, you don't need to do a press conference telling the world how rich you are. 2. If you don't understand finances, HIRE people who do. *Abraham spent money on helping improve the lives of others, but I wish he would've invested in himself.* He could've paid for PRIVATE tutoring to get an education. 3. Learn from the mistakes of others. *Never give children large sums of money; you put targets on them and/or make them reckless.* Learned from watching Jack Whitaker ruin his life and his granddaughter's life. 4. Never flaunt your wealth in front of people that don't have it. *Not only is it cruel, but it breeds resentment.* 5. Spend your money wisely. A lot of these people, especially today's winners, win enough money for several life-times. 6. Negotiate your real estate purchases. Never pay the listed price! *Homes, here in California, are insanely high. If they're asking $1M, its likely worth $400k, start there and set a threshold. Tell yourself you won't bid more than X for the house.*

I hope they recoup Abraham's money for his son and family.

I am visualizing winning a new life without a lottery ticket. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
-
I see these people spending their money and not investing properly. I think the teachings of Dave Ramsey would do these people some good.
-
It's sad that Dawna gave the kids an unrealistic allowance. Now even their friends don't feel like they belong.
-
Thank you 😊
