  • My favorite part of your tiny home renovation is YOU. What a beautiful inspiration you are.
  • Dear Vanessa, I was so moved by your testimony. I also reside in Houston, I am 63 years old with no place to call my own. I have worked very hard my entire life and am still working when I can. My dream has always been to find a place like yours to call home. I don't have much, but maybe one day I will come across an RV I can afford. I am so very proud of you and your accomplishments. Thank you so much for being a beacon. God Bless.
  • Don't ever say you are not an artist again. You were born an artist. Your art work Is absolutely brilliant. Peace, love and blessing to you.
  • This woman is a conquerer! She is very intelligent and talented. She could be an interior designer! What a unique and beautiful camper!
  • @dawnhewitt1
This lady is a warrior and so creative, she's built a beautiful life for herself and it's very well deserved!
  • You said " I am not an artist" when describing your entryway. You most certainly are an ARTIST- I am blown away by how you have transformed your home. God bless you and keep you!!
  • @heykanhey
One thing about Vanessa, she is going to make whatever space she is in look amazing! The van was so nice and classy and this tiny home is so regal and luxe!

I just clicked on this video & idk what it is but seeing this woman in tears & just hearing her first sentences touched my heart so deeply. From the few seconds I’ve seen of her place so far, it looks so incredibly beautiful. Looking forward to hearing what she has to stay. Inspiration & sincerity emanates from her.
  • This video was more than I bargained for!! A woman who truly understands what it is to be graceful and grateful. Her home looks better than these 400k homes people buy to go into debt! She’s amazing.
  • Being a loner is not isolating. It’s choosing who can be in your space. Boundaries keep us sane!! I wanna be like you when I grow up!!☺️☺️

This is what resilience looks like. This lady is amazing. I wish her the best. She is an artist, a formidable one.

Holy shit. From one designer to another - you NAILED it! Your aesthetic is spot on. So much depth, visual interest and just the right combination of whimsy and luxury.
  • I would have never thought to make a refrigerator door an art piece. Absolutely genius!
  • Ms. Vanessa - I have also been homeless. I lived in my van. I currently have an apartment, but I love the "van life". Your little home is beautiful and may God bless you always ❤
  • What I loved most about your video, today, is your spirit. You are a beautiful warrior. You are blessed and you are a blessing to me and to others. What you have created for yourself is nothing short of amazing, especially when I listen to your story. I am going through what I consider to be a difficult time, but nothing near what you have already beaten in life. You are an inspiration and a wake up call to me to get on the ball and get to work. You are a wonderful inspiring woman. The photography, editing, and sound qualities are superior and very professional. Not too much; not too little, and your style is presented perfectly, leaving the viewer no confusion on the decor or floor plan. (Yes I saw the two women in the painting, btw.) There in nothing not to like here. I wish you the very best in everything you do, and I would subscribe, but I did that some time ago. Love and prayers, from Carol in NJ
  • Vanessa, you are a phenomenal woman. I'm proud to see a Black woman take all the mishaps that happened in her life and tossed them away. You didn't let the toxic people in your life destroy who you are and who you have become. So many women need to hear your story because your story is your glory. You have so much peace and joy. Thank you for sharing your story. I am sharing your video with other ladies who live in domestic or abusive relationships. God bless you!🙏🏾
  • @JN-fy4zt
I see the mother kissing her daughter. Great job! I'm an artist, you've done again a phenomenal job on every inch of you home. Thank you for sharing.
