Item is super cool but there's zero documentation on it online. Here's how to make it work.
Power on/off: set to key with no conflicts; do not make it a key on your mouse.
Speed increase/decrease: set to desired keys. I recommend w and s.
Mount craft, toggle power, increase/decrease speed. Toggle power off when done.

Found in loot chests btw. I found this one in one of the yacht spawns on the overworld, which appear to spawn in a regular grid pattern.
