That 6 month out of the year statement explains a lot. Basically moving to AZ during the winter allows you to increase your drive time which gives you more video content and increases your $$$. I guess renting for a year is actually smart compared to the additional money made over the next 6 months. Plus still being able to go back to Utah for winter content. SMART STRAD!

Welcome to Scottsdale. The weather is aweome and there is so much to do here. The event season is right around the corner. One thing be carefull around Scottsdale and your driving, Scottsdlae PD does not take kindly to spead and any sort of wreckless driving. And of course all the cameras you don't see around town that they use. Hope to see you around town it's a great place to be. Enjoy it.
