This implies that people don't tell their gym teachers that they can't do certain activities. I definitely did, or I'd die of an asthma attack.

I had a horrible gym teacher that ruined gym for me… I had severe asthma that was undiagnosed and she use to make us run for an hour… I’d have to stop because my body wouldn’t move anymore and she’d yell at me… I’d end up sick for a day or so after gym class every time she did that and when my parents came to parent teacher interviews she said I wasn’t trying and I walked out, as I’d gone with them, and they walked out right after... They were not impressed with her at all.

3 months late but let's not forget those actually athletic kids we had to either watch cause the teacher used them as an example, they liked to show off, or you would be put against them in a team game and the teacher makes you stay and watch for rest of it when you're already out. That last point was long but I thought I should mention it
