What is Roblox? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. It’s unique in that practically everything on ROBLOX is designed and constructed by members of the community. ROBLOX is designed for 13 to 18 year olds, but it is open to people of all ages. Each player starts by choosing an avatar and giving it an identity. They can then explore ROBLOX — interacting with others by chatting, playing games, or collaborating on creative projects. Each player is also given their own piece of undeveloped real estate along with a virtual toolbox with which to design and build anything — be it a navigable skyscraper, a working helicopter, a giant pinball machine, a multiplayer “Capture the Flag” game or some other, yet-to-be-dreamed-up creation. There is no cost for this first plot of virtual land. By participating and by building cool stuff, ROBLOX members can earn specialty badges as well as ROBLOX dollars (“Robux”). In turn, they can shop the online catalog to purchase avatar clothing and accessories as well as premium building materials, interactive components, and working mechanisms.

An important mention should be Flee The Facility, this game despite being still known, it has decreased a lot in popularity, and it was one of the most iconic roblox games.

In 2015, The first game I played was Roblox Highschool. I remember the rustbucket cars, and joining the RHS Roblox Club for a Cleaner Car with RHS emblazoned on the hood

Some games that are worth mentioning are Tower Battles, Epic Minigames, Flood Escape, Azure Mines, Twisted Murderer, and Assassin. Those were the game I played when they were more popular back in 2015-2018, nowadays they are just a fraction of what they were or straight-up gone with few to no players.

New players have no idea how much of a classic Lumber Tycoon 2 is. I used to play and grind it so hard even when I made barely any progress. It was so fun to play and I wish I could go back

There's this game on Roblox called "Alone: Early Access" which was a very popular RPG game from 2016 when it first came out to 2022 when it was last updated. It has almost 6M visits and use to have thousands to tens of thousands of players online....now you're lucky to see a single player in your server since the game was abandoned and is no longer being updated.

Sad to see Clone Tycoon not being here, it was my first game way before 2017! I literally kept restarting the game because i didnt know how to make an account so i just kept playing on new guest accounts every time.

I stopped playing Roblox for a few years and recently, I came back to it. I've been playing some of the "older" games like Survive the (Natural) Disasters, Normal Elevator, Work at a Pizza Place, Deathrun and even the Camping games. I've been working on my condo in The Plaza. They give me such comfort and nostalgia.

I joined roblox in may of 2017. Many say " that was not that long ago " or something like " i joined in 2013 shut up " but honestly even then its been a wild ride and im not planning on stopping i want to be that small group of people who still play roblox after 10 year and are active atleast every month. Lots have changed in who i am in these 7 years. Thank you, Roblox

The first game that I played was the original flood escape, I loved being able to jump around the different maps and press different buttons. I still play the sequel flood escape 2 regularly and I check up on the original flood escape from time to time.

The game that absolutely gives me the most nostalgia is Build a Cake and Feed it to the Giant Noob. It was my first ever game and I still go back to it, it’s great. I remember logging onto that game as a guest, ahhh memories.

Honestly I don't remember what my first game was but it was either Prison Life or Apocalypse Rising and I love that you covered the Apocalypse Rising and Camping games.

The Iron Cafe and ROBLOXian Pool were the two main games I played a lot in 2009. They were more just a space to hang out but I was always amazed at how they were built.

Brick Bronze was and is amazing, it was so sad to see it go when I was younger. Now I play Loomian Legacy whenever the story gets updated and it's amazing to see how it's a continuation of the story but in a different world yet similar. Great memories.

Pokemon Brick Bronze will never be forgotten. To this day the game wouldve been WAYYY BIGGER and still popular. Tbh only people who would forget the OG fun games is the newest players from 2017-2023.

my first game was zombie vs humans, it was a game i loved playing with my older brother and i still remember how much fun we both used to have on that game, too bad the developer gave up on it so the game was messed up and the original version that i used to play was deleted.
