Awesome video! He got me again. 🤣 New inflatable boat sitting in the box at the front door right now, and a pop-up camper parked in the driveway. Can’t wait to go back in September!
  • Great video. That place looks beautiful. Just found your channel and sibscribed. Im going to be putting my own boat together soon. Saturn 16 with a 25-40hp. Gonna rig it with a steering console. Cant wait!
  • Great video! It would be awesome if you included some links in the description as to where you got some of the accessories as well!!
  • bad ass video! i bought the cheap excursion 5, now i wanna invest and buy this boat!!! I live in San Diego, will use it on Mission Bay
  • Any chance you can paste the link for what mounts you bought for the Bimini top?
  • When transporting like that you should have lowered the bimini flat. Its dangerous like that. Btw nice catch of that red fish. Would be nice to watch catch and cook video of it.

Don't forget Newport vessels, they make a great SIB. Very happy with the 12.5 ft Catalina, and they offer payment plans.
  • @Eddie2fish
Nice video! How shallow can you run this boat at?
  • Real question I wouldn’t you!!! They are bad ass Just got a 12.5 and I love it!!!
  • Nice boat, awesome catch! Best wishes for you & your beautiful family.

I have a 13ft Saturn Heavy Duty still in the box and a 20hp Tohatsu to slap on the back of it. Still have to modify an old jon boat trailer and I am back on the water. These inflatables offer such a good value. Please post more! Btw, love the area :). Also - it still surprises me how these boats haul a$$ with a 15hp on the back. Coming form an 180hp ski and a 25hp boat I am really looking forward to my new water adventures.

Can you show us bimini glue on pads ? And also where does front hooks hook to from bimini? Did u had to glue new pads for front hooks? Also can you fold bimini backwards as you fish for example? And what mounts for rods does this boat has? I glue on scottys pads but they tend to be large, yours seem to be smaller, can you show us brand or a closer look of your glue on pads pls thanks

Love the boat. Can you share the link. I want to order one. Do you travel with the boat on top of your suv or is that from the campsite to the water only?
  • @evcoolgene
That looks so awesome. How do you think this boat would do if it was you and your wife, and 2 kids (6-8 year olds)?

Nice review and the music. Pirate of the Caribbean.
  • @WeiFinder
Can you leave it inflated at all time? I want to leave it at the log cabin, hidden winched up a tree but ready to go. Needs to survive the Canadian winter too... could deflate and store it in the winter

I really like the bimini top with the 3rd bow and rear struts. It looks much nicer than the simple 2 bow model that I have. Where did you buy it? Also, how much does your boat weigh? I have the lightest 12.5' boat Saturn offered, called Mars. It's only 95 lbs & has an inflatable floor. It has been a good boat. I've found that I have to go slow when the water gets choppy because the boat gets bounced around & it's hard to steer. Maybe a heavier version would handle the chop better. I think the main issue is that it's only 12.5' long. Some folks have asked if it's okay to leave them inflated. I've left mine in the water, parked in the shade (PVC isn't good being in constant sun), for a few months this Summer and also last Summer. The air pressure drops over time & needs to be pumped up after a couple of weeks, probably more often in hotter weather than cooler weather. The bottom gets slimy, but it comes off pretty well with a bit of bleach.
