A former police officer is facing charges after allegedly stalking and killing his ex-boyfriend. The family of 25-year-old Carlos Collins say Collins reached out to police for help, and had filed for restraining orders, but they allege nothing was done. The suspect 33-year-old Marcus Johnson, an ex-police officer, is now in custody.
