As someone who loves to play volleyball but doesn't really have that talent that some others do, Hinata's receive hits so hard!! That feeling when you finally manage a good receive in an important match at a critical point- It's amazing. Especially after you have put in effort into improving that skill. For me, it was at that moment when I started to actually enjoy receiving instead of being anxious of it each match haha 😂 As always, loved your reaction Cast ❤ Really looking forward to the next one!!

OMG, does Haikyuu deliver HYPE when it wants and always on the right time!! Also, the mangaka is a master of build-up and payoff!!

Inarizaki is my favorite team, and I really appreciate that this episode gives focus on their motto. It inspires me, and sooo I got their motto/banner tattoo'd on my arm <3

God, this episode is just full of PEAK quotes, it's amazing how good it is with each rewatch

Heisuke Riseki is not really a random guy, he is the pinch server that was booed by his own cheer squad because he did a "safe" serve, earlier in the match. This time he performs well, and the cheer squad (at least in the manga), is vocal about it ! Also, (micro-spoiler), in his 3rd year, he will earn the Best Server award at Nationals, it all starts from here ! Also, very specific manga call back : I don't know if this is intended, but Atsumu's comparison with eating a meal always makes me think about this Haikyuu quote from the very first official match, against Tokonami. This is Hinata's first official win, and in the anime he gets the pretty cool moment of "that means we get to play more", but in the manga, there is one more panel on the next page, a close-up on half of Hinata's face, basically only his eyes, and two narration bubbles, saying "The small beast, starved for victory ... tasted it for the first time". (Chapter 40) And I don't know, it just resonates so much. The first taste fueling his appetite so much, and now this meal comparison (plus the fact that Tsukki's inner monologue recognizes Hinata's receive as "THAT moment")... And obviously all the build-up to Hinata being able to receive, all this season culminates here and until the end, so much pay-off... AMAZING scene(s) I'm very impatient to see the next reactions, this entire game is crazy but the last few episodes can make me cry just thinking about them, since I basically know them by heart !

11:13 This is my #1 favorite moment of all Haikyuu!! seasons. This is that huge payoff from Hinata's second hand embarrassment in the ball boy arc.

I enjoyed salty Cast, haha. Right after my favorite soundtrack of the whole series: Piton. Just like that moment in the series, everything comes together. Season 1's Evolution, Season 2's Baby Bird, Season 4's Level 1 Ball Boy. Wish I could link it here, but it's worth a listen.
