Hi Bunny, you did excellent, even though the dall gets a little soft, it still still turned out great. A quick fix when your dall gets soft, is to parch it in pan and then it will get good, not to worry, your dall puri turns out great for your first try❤️

I know someone who uses an enamel cup to oil it. She just put the bottom of the cup in oil and then rub all over the dhal puri

Bunny the dhal puri came out excellent. Very good first time attempt. A tip if the dhal lil soft, my mother usually patch it in a pot with oil, geera after grinding, this elevates the flavour.
