In this episode, I traveled to the morning market on Longshou Road in the northern suburb of Xi'an, China. Despite the scorching summer heat, the enthusiasm of Xi'an residents for visiting the morning market is unstoppable. This morning market is essentially an open-air street with a limited operating time of only three hours each day. There is a middle school and numerous office buildings near the market. Students and office workers often stop by here to buy a variety of delicious breakfasts. Local residents are the main patrons of this morning market. Every morning at 8 o'clock, residents rush to the market to buy all kinds of breakfast items and fresh ingredients. The sounds of bargaining between residents and vendors rise and fall, while vendors loudly promote their goods, creating a lively and bustling scene full of everyday life.
