Quite interesting middle game, it would have been a bit brave with the exchange sacrifice and half an hour spend on it. I would have had big respect for going into disbalanced position against higher rated opponent. Maybe that is what we should look after in a game against them? They would never expect it. Also great preparation before the game, seems to work quite easy for you and congratulations on the decent game afterwards.
