This is a scary idea for the future of this country. Official actions taken while in office are immune? What qualifies as an official action? Does an unconstitutional executive order qualify? What's to stop a president from declaring martial law for really any state of emergency and staying longer in office than they should? Or what about actual war crimes? This is a dangerous precedent.

There are no such provisions in the constitution that say any man woman or child have immunity these corrupted judges should get booted from the supreme Court.I have been studying the constitution since I was a kid and these judges should get removed from the benches immediately.
