    "Low fee fund, only 75 bps". Uh, that may be "low" in the closed-end funds but that's still a lot.

  • So if I buy a whole bunch of the fund then force them to sell back at NAV then you make a bunch of money for yourself and those who buy on your recommendation. Wow...a win win for who? Clearly Saba Capital is looking out for the small unsophisticated investor....🙄. I was not going to vote because I know it will go to Blackrock so now I will vote for them directly.
