  • That Marvel Select figure is 10 years old and still comes out on top for me
  • @nhyar
My personal favorite is the Select one too. The proportions on that figure aren't as boxy as Hasbro's. The Toy Biz one is still a solid figure though.

The Marvel legends Armadillo captures Rhino PERFECTLY down to the expression on its face! Its body build displays Rhino's proportions correctly invoking strength. The armor plates literally resemble those you would see on the posterior of a rhinoceros . I swear that it screams new original and superior design for Rhino. Its just perfect for him.

This was a lot of fun. Sadly on the price there could be no surprises haha these guys are all cool but nothing like Select. His beauty and imposing nature go beyond any articulation any other can have. I don't usually feel that way but he's unique like that haha I sadly don't have him... Great versus! Juggernaut sounds like a next cool one haha but maybe not the very next versus as you did two big characters already. Great job here!

it is so fun watching your video, is clear and close up, and your narration is funny yet solid info.

Love your videos 5POA - and this one is another excellent review. I was one of the fortunate to get a MS Rhino at a price cheaper then a ML version. The MS is great and I haven't been convinced of anything from Hasbro to upgrade it. Such as yourself, I find it curious that there has been no MS Kingpin yet, as MS detailing (and $$$) is 2nd to none. I cannot wait for your 5POA review on the Apocalypses when MS gets theirs out.

I still have that Toy Biz Rhino🙌

You gotta be the hardest working man in reviews. You always have a new one up to end my day. Glad I'm not the only one who can't find the symbiote. None of my pre-orders came through.

Retro and Select are my next buys for Rhino. Thanx for this video.

Referencing Glenn! Your a gem 💎. Great review and comparison.
  • I think the Select looks the best and if you just do a lineup like most people do. If you have a dynamic display with characters interacting with each other, the new Retro one blows them away with the ability to hold other figures with one hand. It looks so cool, and you can actually do ACBA displays with stuff like this. I may dry brush the Retro one to make the sculpt pop a little more- I hadn't noticed it on other reviews, but your lighting reveals the stark contrast in paint application.
  • Loved the Glenn Webb reference, he was my first introduction to action figure reviews.
  • Funny, when I was a kid I had the Rhino figure at minute 8:04 and many times I made it literally crash head first into my other figures and it never broke, those toys were really tough, not like today's! XD

Great video. Just to add, the FF Rhino does have finger articulation but the fingers are stuck in that bent position so it’s kinda useless.
  • @Mluera
i got the retro card on amazon for $30 on sale. I dont know why because they just came out and it was still moc...??
  • @leboyd2730
I actually love the toy biz one that has truly aged remarkably well just like the selects one
  • I have the Retro in my Pile of Loot waiting for me to ship once I get some more figs added. I will do a wash and highlight on the Retro to make the details pop once I get him. I do have a bootleg Select, which is good minus his teeth being awkwardly painted. I didn’t know the bootleg was going for so much, also! I got mine for $12 two years ago from AliExpress, so that is quite surprising. I did have the BAF Kingpin completed (along with that turd of a wave of figures), but I sold it to get the Retro Kingpin the non-bloodied yelling face is the only part of that BAF I miss.
