I feel attacked by the thumbnail.

His opponent is a big believer in making luft for the King. No shield around the King. The King is a fighting piece, especially in the opening. The results of this strategy are about what you'd expect.

Black completely lost in 10 moves, otherwise known as a typical Englund Gambit

I find one thing confusing about these videos where viewers submit games. Why do people usually submit a game they win? If I had a grandmaster look over one of my games, I'd want them to look at a game I thought I was doing well but lost. That way I'd learn what I did wrong. 🤷‍♂️

When Ben said, "Everybody's banned!" in my mind I heard Van Halen's 'Panama' only the words were changed to "Ban 'em allll!".
  • @andsviat
Ben banning himself? I'd watch that!
  • There are different kind of players with the same Elo. I for example win some games because I see a mate in four with sacrifice included (probably because of puzzles) then I lose 10 games in a row because I hang my queen and thongs like that. I guess if I had a lot of time to study I could be 1500

I like how he casually remembers a game from 20 years ago then seconds later gets confused about where he is at.

Do you also often see a white earring under Ben's left ear?
