Lyrics:
We're caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Why can't you see
What you're doing to me
When you don't believe a word I say?
We can't go on together
With suspicious minds (suspicious minds)
And we can't build our dreams
On suspicious minds
So, if an old friend I know
Stops by to say hello
Would I still see suspicion in your eyes?
Here we go again
Asking where I've been
You can't see the tears are real
I'm crying (Yes, I'm crying)
We can't go on together
With suspicious minds (suspicious minds)
And we can't build our dreams
On suspicious minds
Oh, let our love survive
Or dry the tears from your eyes
Let's don't let a good thing die
When, honey, you know
I've never lied to you
Mmm, yeah, yeah
We're caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Why can't you see
What you're doing to me
When you don't believe a word I say?
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much baby
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby

Who's Listening In 2024❤ The One And Only The Legend ELVIS PRESLEY
-
True story- I was watching this on PBS a couple of years ago and my wife walks in and says “was this before he died”..... God bless her, I didn’t marry her for her brains! 🤪
-
if You're listening to it until December 2024 man you're really a legend.
-
a Mark James masterpiece that Elvis turned into the ultimate!
-
Elvis Presley is the definition of cool
-
No one ever commanded the stage like Elvis. No one even comes close to the King.
-
I think Elvis sang better live than in his records!
-
My Dad sat us down in 73 and said you must watch this...thanks Dad. I was ten and have been an avid fan ever since.
-
"I hope this suit don't tear up baby" lol Elvis, no one did it like him. Long Live the King
-
After watching the movie Elvis. I'm now here watching hundreds of videos of Elvis live and believe I've now found my new man crush
-
Elvis had such a good sense of humor...
-
I can’t wait for the truth to come out about Elvis and the rest of the good people.
-
And to think he really thought "no one's gonna remember him". If the man could only witness how he changed on-stage entertainment and the music world.
-
"I hope this suit don't tear up baby...." love this man and his humour! 😂⚡

I remember being home, getting ready to leave in September as a freshman for college and the news came over the radio, of Elvis dying. Heart rending. Exactly five years later, my mom passed away from cancer after hanging on to see her first grandson. We brought him to see her about 8 pm August 15, and got the phone call about five hours later that she had passed away. Heart shattering.

Had just turned 38 and looked to have the world in front of him but it was the beginning of the end
-
"i hope this suit don't tear up baby" 😆 what a performer and entertainer.
-
Came here from watching the new Elvis film. Got me so emotional seeing his life portraited like that 😢

I feel sadness for, people like Elvis whose fame, fortune, and all that comes with being world-famous leave them sad and without the freedom to be themselves. What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul? There's not enough money in the world that would make me want to be rich and famous. I guess Elvis finally got relief from all the madness when he died. He was a great entertainer.

Without him, The Beatles would never exist..
