  • Congratulations to Leah and Gary. Gracie is really growing up. Bless is learning to be a content creator. Dalton and your sister expanding their family. Blessings to all of you.
  • What a very nice set up. The price for that quality standard of living is amazing…even a man cave! Leah’s bubbly enthusiasm for your new home says it all.

Watching your young bride take stock of her new possessions, from bamboo hut to mansion is fascinating. Lots of room for her and the family too!

Hey guys, glad you found a home that's just right for you. It's a great deal for that price i think. Those rooms are large, the kitchen is spacious, there are ceiling fans everywhere and wardrobes in all the bedrooms which are huge for the Philippines. The bathrooms have hot water if you want it and i noticed the showers have the little riser to keep the water from going everywhere. Just add a shower curtain and no spraying even. The yard is huge. You have so many fruit trees and plenty of room for gardening and growing vegetables. It's practically perfect as Mary Poppins would say. It pays to be patient. Good luck on the new home. I know you will enjoy it. Gary, have you thought about buying a short Step ladder for Leah so she can reach the shelves? Enjoy guys.
  • Beautiful house. Congratulations to you both. I pay over 2 grand for a one bedroom in Massachusetts. What a difference.
  • @procon2022
It's a happy moment to see you found "the right spot" for your family! Your both so sympathetic people and it's really amazing what value you got for this money. Okay - I'm German, and here housing is extremely expensive in comparison. Just .... enjoy!😊
  • @garykelder
Much quieter than before and more convenient for your daily needs. I’m sorry to lose good neighbors down the road but am very happy for you both and your lovely family. God bless you and your new home!
  • @grumpyolddude439
You folks did well. That house has a real kitchen in it. With a family, that will make life MUCH easier! The fully functional sized front room too is a very nice thing. That yard for the kids. YOu genuinely appear to have found a gem!

I am a Real Estate Broker (31years) 20 minutes south of Boston and I am amazed at what you are paying to rent that beautiful home. In my area that house would be $4,000. (U.S.) a month. May your house be filled with Love, Joy, Happiness and laughter. God bless your family. (the gecko freaked me out for a minute...hahaha)
  • @BruceCinader
That is a beautiful house. You were fortunate to find that. Close to American standards if it had an indoor laundry room and a central hot water tank for use at all the faucets.
  • @brian_atc
Fantastic home with plenty of room inside and out. Very happy for you two. Absolutely love your family and how you two get along so well. Good luck with privacy concerns, I can imagine it's very awkward to have strangers stop by thinking it's ok to invade someone's privacy. Thank you again for showing/telling what is possible and the challenges with life in the Philippines. All the best! 🎉

Hey, congrats, you have found the perfect place for your family to grow, It is very spacious, has lots of much-needed amenities, and is private. All of that combined with the convenience of meeting your daily living needs is outstanding. As always your family is Blessed in so many ways thanks for sharing this experience.
  • @davidmesser5033
A very nice home. You guys are awesome, I love my filipina and the life we have together. I was single for a very long time because American women just don't get it anymore. The way filipina's are raised and their conservative and family values are what I looked for, for such a long time. I pray God will continue to bless you both and your beautiful family.

ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO :)) THANKS , 4 ALL the DATA & INSIGHT !!!
  • @TomScott__
Congratulations Leah. Nice house there. I'm looking forward to your next budget video with this house and being closer in Dumagete. I was wondering what the electric bill would cost. Finally, I've always wondered what is used in the Philippines to keep the grass cut low in the yard. In America, we use a lawnmower, but I've heard that lawnmowers are not available in the Philippines.
