not all is done stop motion. you can just film parts and export the frames as images. you than only use a few of the 24 images per second. works perfect.

Just found this video so a first time viewer but I gotta say having done stop motion animation my self and editing you can do this entire thing in stop motion and the part with the bottle tossing seems quicker to do in just animation instead of tossing it till it looks right and edit it to look the part . Also some just look like straight up reverse animated. And yes I know you did point out most or all can be done in animation which is why I like this video you gave an alternate way so I left my like and gonna check your other vids 👍

3:08 I think you're wrong here. If they shot the bottle at 24 frames per second, there must be some rolling shutter. But there is none.
