I am a 58 year old physicist and have seen a thing or two yet prospects like still get me very emotional. We live in really crazy times. Let's hope we are smart enough to take advantage of all these advances that are about to come.

Just had a thought about the psychological impact of that first generation getting a treatment that killed most before them. I'm thinking some may go through survivor's guilt. Ultimately it will become routine and forgettable.
