  • Great advice Tai. I actually did what you mentioned. I got my foot in the door at a hospital. Eventually I realized it really wasn't for me. Saved me tons of money before investing it in a Masters program. Anyone else care to share their experience?

I have been watching your videos and reading articles you reference for the past two days for hours before my job. I am so tremendously thankful for the information you make available Tai, you are currently changing my life. You are helping motivate me into the right position to fine tune my goals and really make my plan turn into action producing results. You have very quickly become a mentor of mine through social media and again for that, I would like to thank you greatly. Here is to the ambitious ones. Cheers, -Evan

I think taking ownership, as if you owned 100% of the company is a great way to see it. Thank you for your ideas :)

This is good advice. I worked in the tv/film industry doing audio post production in hollywood a few years back and my first job i offered to do sound design on the first episode for free, and if the director liked my work, then we could talk about working together in the future. Sure enough, I was hired after him hearing my work. Gotta give to receive!

Thank you Tia keep doing the videos no matter what they say you are helping people, and it's life changing. I just started watching your videos a few days ago and I'm already convinced you're doing the right thing, people need the real

This is one of the most impressive bit of information I have ever come across Youtube.  I watched this video 3x in a row just to let this wisdom soak in.  It's elegant, insightful & easy to remember.  1. Get your foot in the door. 2. Be impressive; know stuff, be on time, pay attention to your appearance/presentation & act like you own the business.  This is all gold.  Thank you for sharing your wisdom. Nicely done sir, I salute you!
  • I work 24/7 on my university degree and I kept listening to calming electronica on The Sound You Need. The advert of you with the car and the book shelf in the garage kept popping up and my first thoughts were "Oh here we go, another scam-artist." I've been involved in network marketing before and that has led me to become weary about rags to riches stories and buzz words. However, your videos are EXTREMELY insightful and I spent the entire day listening to them and have even bought a few of your recommended books. I just want to say thanks a whole bunch!
  • Thanks Tai, your advice is always GOLD! My Life is transforming day by day because of your 67 steps!!! Keep going, I love your stuff!
  • @EastonTV

  • @VangusKhan
Tai is spot on about being impressive and doing things for others when it comes to promotions.

So I've only liked your videos on here after I feel I've learned something new, useful, or interesting, and so far I've liked every single one of your videos and put it o a playlist so that I could always look them up if needed! Thank you!
  • @taxin2476
This just what i needed to hear, thank you so much.
  • @JamesPrenticez
Thank you Tai. You talk a lot about doing things for others, these videos do a lot for me, however I cannot return the favor except to say thanks.
  • People accept "No" too easy... "No" is the catch all "gate-keeper" phrase to turn away time wasters. People are too interested in hand outs rather than seeking, what I call "Contributory rewards"... If you are willing to contribute more to society and make sacrifices, your will be rewarded for the value of that contribution. Staying hungry, for success is the only thing that will give you the motivation to be diligent so you can contribute 10x more than the average person. In other words, if your efforts cannot be distinctly different, in value, to what the average person produces, you will never have more than the average person. I hope this helps someone out there. Tai, as always... Great content! Keep up the Great Work Sincerely, Lance Thomas Davidson

I love how you're so casual; you eat and drink and show us your house while talking. It makes me feel like I can relate to you.
  • @shahb786
Tai I think you talk a lot of sense! Can listen to you all day it's kinda refreshing what you say!! I'm from a small town in Leeds, yorkshire , England. Not gunna be easy finding a mentor around here but I'm not giving up in living the dream!
  • Well said. People are too focused on pay check rather than building rare valuable skills.
