ये सिस्टम की नहीं , ये कोचिंग owner एंड coordinator की सरासर गलती है, नगर निगम के मानक इतने सख़्त होते हैं कि अगर कोई अक्षरशः पालन करे तो कोई दुर्घटना ना हो ! बेसमेंट का दो एग्जिट , रैंप तो होना ही चाहिए था ? बेसमेंट का कमर्शियल use करना है तो मानक पूरे करने होंगे !!!
